Sachin has long been passionate about improving healthcare in Africa. He has experience working with national cancer registries, health insurers, non-profit agencies, government hospitals and private clinics. Sachin holds a BComm in Finance/Economics from The University of Toronto and is currently an MD candidate at Harvard Medical School.

Kudzai has extensive experience in sustainable development initiatives. He currently serves as a director for Online Model United Nations and works on several youth empowerment projects in Africa. Kudzai holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) degree and is completing a Masters of Environmental Law (LL.M) degree at UKZN.

James was forced to flee Sudan as a teenager and lived as a refugee in Kenya for several years. He received a scholarship to study at The University of Toronto. He holds a lifelong commitment to inspiring and leading innovation, collaboration, and systems change in Africa. He is he founder and CEO of the rainmaker enterprise (social enterprise that implements solar-powered water infrastructure in Africa) and recently served as a Director at the African Trade Organization (ATO).
James Thuch Madhier - HR Lead
Tapiwa has vast experience in marketing and developing African businesses. He is the founder and CEO of Kumba Africa, a unique online platform designed to connect international travelers with authentic African experiences. Tapiwa holds a B. Sc. and Masters in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
